Brent Klender is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana and in 2001, Mr. Klender began practicing law in Indiana with a general law practice. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Klender began using his prior medical experience in assisting disabled individuals on their claims for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefit claims before the Social Security Administration (SSA). In addition to continued representation of his own clients, Mr. Klender also frequently assists several law firms throughout the United States with disability hearings before SSA's Administrative Law Judges (ALJ's).

Today, Mr. Klender continues to represent disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration throughout the United States and is also currently licensed to practice law in the States of Texas and Indiana, as well as before the United States District Courts of the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, Western and Southern District of Texas, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and The United States Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims.
